Gardening Job Order (Before Service)

    1. An overgrown garden may require extra time and effort. Therefore the price may increase from the Company’s original quotation.

    2. Please note that when arriving at the premises we reserve the right to amend the price if the details you have given differs from the actual size and condition of the garden.

    3. Children under 18 cannot be present during the gardening session without total supervision by the client.

    4. Please note that if the garden is in such a condition that does not allow effective gardening, maintenance or landscaping, we reserve the right to amend or cancel the booking on the date of the service without warning.

    5. Our Terms and Conditions state that we can only accept a damage claim if a statement is received by the company whilst the Gardener is still at the property.

    6. It is the client’s responsibility to inspect the service provided and, if not satisfied, identify issues with the gardeners at the end of the session whilst they are still at the premises. This allows them to address any issues the client may bring to their attention immediately. It also avoids the need for any re-visiting arrangements.

    7. In a case where the client is unable to inspect the work immediately after it has been completed, the company reserves the right to refuse any claims or requests subsequently made by the client.

  • Inspection prior to the service:

  • Before the service commences, the client authorises and will allow the gardener to carry out a full inspection and take supporting photographs, if necessary.

    The company is not liable for any prior plants or damages in the garden which may become visible after the garden has been tidied. In these cases the Company cannot be held liable and cannot accept any responsibility.
