Yes, it is indeed possible, since we are committed to provide you flexibility and convenience. We are open for some discussion and negotiation with regards to your preferred schedule.

4. How long will it take you to find me a cleaner?

We are doing our best to comply and respond to your requests immediately. We assure you fast services and immediate actions. We are open 24/7 and could answer all your questions within 24 hours. But, usually it takes 7 days to introduce a new cleaner since there are a lot of things that must be considered like your location, work-load and your preferred schedule.

5. Can I have a cleaner once a month?

Well, of course yes. We have enough manpower and they are always ready to carry out cleaning tasks for you, but we cannot assure you that it will always be the same cleaner who will attend to your request every call you have.

6. Will I have the same cleaner every week?

Yes, if that is what you prefer and if you are already satisfied with the performance of your assigned cleaner.

7. Will the cleaner come in for an hour a day?

No, because we have rules and regulations that needs to be followed. We are also concerned with our cleaners’ salary. It would be difficult and too expensive for us and our cleaners as well. Our policy is a minimum of 2 and a half hour per week or 3 hours per fortnight.

8. What happens if the cleaner lets us down?

We are confident that the cleaners that we are sending you are honest and reliable. We assure you that they are expert and responsible, but if there comes a time wherein you became disappointed with your cleaner’s work due to some reason out of our control. We will immediately do certain actions like replacement of cleaner temporarily or permanently.

If you have some problems with our cleaners, please do inform us immediately and we will provide immediate actions to address your problems.

9. Will you be able to provide a cleaner if I move to a different area?

If that is the case, yes, that is possible.

Since we have a lot of branches across the town, it would not be that hard to transport a cleaner for you just as long as you are within M25 area.

10. Do you provide transport for the cleaners?

No, we don’t. They use public transportation.

11. Who pays the cleaner, you or me?

Other than tips or bonuses that are directly paid to the cleaner, you also have to pay for the services they rendered. You should pay the cleaner in cash or cheque according to the amount of money you and the company had arranged before the delivery of service. £9.00 an hour is the amount of money the client must pay the cleaner at the end of each session and an amount of £4.00 to the cleaning company monthly which will serve as the company’s commission.

12. Do you have insurance?

13. How do you vet the cleaners?

One of our concerns with regard to hiring new cleaners is their security and purity of their background. We usually conduct some tests and checking to know whether they are capable of being trusted and reliable. We assure you that they are fully checked and are safe to work with.
