1. Have you got insurance?

We are confident with regards to the performances and skills of our professional cleaners but since accidents are out of our control. Yes, we are covered with insurance, however this insurance will only cover accidental damages done to your carpet by our cleaners if you have notified us within 24 hours after the carpet cleaning service has been done.

2. How do I pay?

You can pay us by using these means:

  • By cash to the cleaner
  • By cheque to the cleaner
  • By credit or debit cards over the phone

3. Is there any minimum charge?

Yes, we do have a minimum charge of £60.00 per visit and that is VAT inclusive.

4. Is VAT included in the carpet cleaning price?

Yes. It is already included in the price.

5. Do you work during the weekends?

Yes, because we are available 24/7 and we are committed in providing you quality services at all times.

No, because our charges are constant.

We always do our best to give you fast yet high quality services, but the time needed to clean your carpet depends on many factors like its size and materials used. It usually takes several hours.

8. How long does it take to dry?

Just like the above statement, it depends but usually it will take basically several hours.

Basically any day, any time. We are open and always ready to comply with your request. You just have to give us a call and we can be there in no time.

11. What happens if I am not satisfied with your services?

Fast Cleaners Ltd assures you that we give the best services that we have to give you a satisfactory and contented outcome, but if there comes an instance wherein you are not satisfied with our performance we are open to listen to your problem but you should call us within 24 hours after the service have been provided and we will come back to do the job again and it will be free of any charges.
