1. Have you got insurance?

Yes, we do have public liability insurance. We do require to be notified of any damages whithin 24 hours after the carpet cleaning has been done.

2. How do I have to pay?

You have three options:

  • by cash to the cleaner
  • by cheque to the cleaner
  • by credit or debit cards over the phone

3. Is there any minimum charge?

Yes, we do have £60.00, VAT inclusive, min charge per visit for our carpet cleaning service.
